If you choose to manage yourself, we  can find suitable  tenant, prepare all paperwork to ensure compliance under Residential Tenancy Act.

We will report to you on regular basis and build a trust relationship so that you can have peace of mind knowing that your property is as well looked after as though you were managing it yourself.
